The warranty will be void in the following circumstances:

Returns Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Our commitment at metaloverstock.es is to ensure maximum satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, starting from the receipt of the goods.
To accept a return, it is an essential requirement that the product is in perfect condition, in its intact original packaging, and accompanied by all manuals, accessories, or promotional gift items that were included in the shipment. Once we receive the package at our warehouse and verify the optimal condition of the product, we will proceed to process the refund of the corresponding amount.
If the return is due to a defective item or an error in order preparation on our part, we will fully cover the collection and shipping costs, provided that you notify us of the issue within the same fourteen (14) calendar day period from delivery.
Exceptions to the Right of Return:
Due to intellectual property reasons and the nature of the format, returns will not be accepted for the following items unless they have a manufacturing defect or are incorrect shipments:

In the case of receiving a defective musical medium, the resolution will consist of its replacement with an identical copy of the same title.
